Your new role
As part of the HR team, youwill be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relationswithin this organisation. Your primary focus will be on fostering a productive andharmonious work environment, managing employee grievances, and promoting fairand consistent application of policies and procedures. This role requiresstrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with a provenunderstanding of employment law and regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have proven experience asan Employee Relations Business Partner or in a similar employee relations role. You will have in-depth knowledge ofEmployment law, regulations, and best practices. You will also have a strong understandingof HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate withemployees and management at all levels.
For this role, you require expertise in managing complex casework, and will have the ability to conductthorough and impartial investigations, maintaining confidentiality andintegrity at all times. Experience working within the corporate, financial services or professional services sector is desirable although not essential.
