Overview As a Finance Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience supporting financial decision-making in Omnes central functions, helping shape financial strategy in healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial reporting, data extraction, and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely insights. Support the financial forecasting process, including budgeting, flash forecasts, and reforecasts. Deliver variance analysis and financial insights to support contract performance monitoring. Maintain and improve reporting tools (Excel, Datarails, Power BI) to enhance data accessibility and decision-making. Assist in cost tracking and revenue analysis to support business and financial planning. Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to provide data-driven insights that shape financial decisions. Contribute to the financial evaluation of new business tenders, ensuring accuracy in revenue and cost modelling. Support Primary Care financial administration, ensuring operational finance runs efficiently. Qualifications & Attributes: Studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (or equivalent finance qualification). Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or Datarails). Strong numeracy and analytical skills with an interest in financial data and reporting. Experience or exposure to financial reporting and MI systems is advantageous. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solving. A passion for data automation and improving reporting efficiency. Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communicator, able to present data clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
