About Us
We are a family-run butcher shop, now part of a larger food wholesaler with a long-standing tradition of providing high-quality meats and exceptional customer service.
The shop is known for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Butcher to join the team and help us to supply our customers both retail and wholesale.
A full-block test will be required as part of the interview process.
Working days: 6 days per week
- Monday: 05.00 - 11:30
- Tuesday: 05.00 - 13:30
- Wednesday: 05.00 - 11:30
- Thursday: 05.00 - 14:00
- Friday: 05.00 - 14:00
- Saturday: 06.00 - 14:00
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut various types of meat, including beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
- Ensure all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
- Provide excellent customer service
- Occasional work in the shop
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- Proven 3 years' experience as a Butcher
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
