Summary
The main responsibilities are: To be a helpful point of contact for staff and patients to address their concerns Meet bereaved relatives and ensure that they understand how to register a death. Liaise with Funeral Directors to facilitate timely transfers of deceased patients. Assist with recruitment process of volunteers including responding to new and existing volunteer enquiries.
