Summary
Managing carer availability and ensuring clients care needs are being appropriately met. Home assessment of clients and their needs and drafting care plans. Maintaining administrative records on the online and office filing systems. Managing emergency care cover as and when needed. Covering the on call, on a rota basis. Dealing with new client and carer enquiries. Promoting our values and quality assurance. Dealing with complaints.
