Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Introduction:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centered care in accordance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with GPs, physiotherapists, hospitals, and social workers to ensure effective care delivery.
Maintain compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
Act as the Named Nurse for assigned service users, ensuring their needs and care plans are managed effectively.

Permanent full-time contract with 24/7 shift patterns (including alternate weekends).
Candidate Requirements:
A valid Registered Nurse license (RN).
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in elderly care, dementia, mental health, or learning disabilities.
Strong clinical knowledge and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
