As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team and provide essential support to the day-to-day operations of our business.
About the Role
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and behaviours that are key to business administration. You will work both independently and as part of a team, supporting a range of business functions including IT, document production, communication, project planning, and more.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Systems:
Use a variety of IT packages to write correspondence, process financial data, and create reports.
Select and apply the most suitable digital tools for business problems.
Maintain databases and support data analysis.
Record & Document Production:
Prepare accurate documents and reports.
Draft, review, and improve written communication.
Handle confidential information appropriately.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Communicate effectively across a range of platforms.
Build positive working relationships across teams.
Represent the company professionally in internal and external interactions.
Decision Making & Quality:
Use good judgment to make effective decisions.
Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Planning, Organisation & Project Support:
Manage your time, tasks, and responsibilities effectively.
Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
Support and lead small-scale projects using relevant tools and methods.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Qualities:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a team-focused mindset.
Entry Requirements:
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
Comfortable using IT systems and applications.

Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 to 16:30 | Friday: 08:00 to 15:00
