Summary
Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established drainage company based in the West Drayton area.
You role will involve being part of a busy team where you and your driver will go to local areas and check drains for any damage or blockages, you will report anything that you see using a tablet provided. If it is blocked, you will need to use the equipment attached to the lorry to help unblock the drain. You will be required to lift manholes which can be heavy so you must be physically fit. You will also need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions due to the nature of the role.
The role will be Monday-Friday primarily, however, weekends may sometimes be required so flexibility is essential.
Working times are 6am-4pm.
Pay: 12.85p/h with OT and weekends paid at a higher rate.
OT: 16.05p/h
Weekends: 19.28p/h
What we are looking for:
-The ideal candidate will need to drive due to the remote location of site.
-Someone who is comfortable with technology due to needing to use a tablet.
-Someone who is physically fit due to the lifting involved.
-Candidates will need to have good work ethic and be reliable/punctual.
