Location:Newcastle/Gateshead - Hybrid (part-remote)
Salary:£26,000 - £28,000 base + uncapped commission |OTE: £55,000 - £60,000
Hours:Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, flexible between 8am - 6pm)

You'll be working with a mix of engaged, paying clients who have signed up to their service, and older contacts who've shown interest in the past. Your job is to re-engage, build trust, and guide them through smart investment decisions, backed by the support of a mission-driven, values-led company.

The Package:
- £26,000 - £28,000 base salary, depending on experience
- OTE £55,000 - £60,000, with top performers earning more

What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage and support a warm pipeline of active clients.
- Reconnect with previous prospects to reignite interest.
- Understand client goals and present the right investment opportunities.
- Help clients navigate the process from selection through to purchase.
- Liaise with internal teams to keep deals moving.
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue and performance targets.
- Contribute to improving how our client presents deals and handles objections.
Who You Are:
- You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-value environment.
- You're confident and professional, with a talent for building trust quickly.
- You're organised, proactive, and take ownership of your pipeline.
- You thrive in a high-performance culture and want to progress.
- You care about doing the right thing for your clients, not just making the sale.
- You're comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
Bonus If You Bring:
- Experience in property or investment sales.
- Knowledge of buy-to-let strategy or the UK property market.
- Confidence using CRMs and structured sales processes.
