Summary
As we develop our hospice specialist nursing team to meet the increasing need within our communities, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking, enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to join us and play a significant role in shaping our services as well as your own development. You must have significant experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in palliative and end of life care, be a non-medical prescriber and able to work as an accountable and autonomous practitioner alongside the multi-professional team whilst managing a caseload of patients in the community. The post holder will contribute to the development of the team working within the four pillars of advanced practice. The role will have clinical leadership and oversight of the caseload and will support the Clinical Head of Department to develop the service in line with commissioning intentions and the hospice business strategy.
