Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (7:00am-3:00pm & 11:00am-7:00pm)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + performance bonus

Overview
We are seeking up to five permanent Warehouse Order Pickers to join our busy team in Warrington. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are team-oriented, and are comfortable working with warehouse systems and technology.
You'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring high-quality packing standards, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack stock in line with order requirements
- Ensure all items are correctly packaged and ready for dispatch
- Update the warehouse management system (WMS) to reflect goods-out movements
- Maintain stock integrity through careful handling and attention to detail
- Flexibly support other departments within the warehouse as needed
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Continuously develop skills across different warehouse functions
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and reliability
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills

- Accurate data entry skills
