About the Role:
As Curriculum Team Leader for MFL, you will take responsibility for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the department. You will ensure high-quality teaching and learning, curriculum development, and effective assessment strategies across Spanish and French.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Educated to degree level with QTS
A highly skilled and inspiring MFL teacher with a strong classroom presence
Experienced in delivering both Spanish and French at KS3 and KS4
A proven leader, capable of driving improvement and raising standards
A role model and champion for teaching and learning within MFL
Dynamic, reflective, and forward-thinking in their leadership approach
Committed to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners
You Will:
Lead a creative and supportive team of language teachers
Play a key role in shaping the future of the MFL curriculum
