At First Home Improvements, we specialize in high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories, helping customers transform their homes. We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic In-Store Promoters to represent our brand in retail outlets.
The Role: What You’ll Do
✅ Engage Customers – Approach and interact with shoppers to introduce our products
✅ Promote Our Brand – Highlight the benefits of our home improvement solutions
✅ Generate Leads – Encourage customers to book free consultations with our sales team
✅ Set Up Displays – Maintain promotional materials in line with marketing campaigns
✅ Achieve Targets – Work towards lead generation and appointment booking goals
What We’re Looking For
Confident & Outgoing – You love engaging with people and making connections
Sales-Driven – Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not essential
Motivated & Target-Oriented – You thrive in a results-driven environment
Professional & Well-Presented – Represent our brand with confidence
Flexible & Adaptable – Willing to work retail hours, including weekends & evenings
