We are looking for highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic people to join us as Senior Leisure & Library Assistants to work across the borough. These roles are crucial to support the customers using our library and leisure services.
Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills
To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the facility and support the Centre Manager
Be excellent ambassadors, promoting and encouraging the use of our services.
Essential requirements:
Experience of working within a customer service environment and delivering exceptional customer care.
These posts will involve lone working, early morning, evening, weekend, and bank holiday working.
Requires Maths and English GSCE or equivalent qualification.
