This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for UX Designer who will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Also, will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand user behaviors and needs.
Conduct and apply insights from user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to design intuitive, functional, and technically feasible user interfaces.
Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
Create and maintain design systems, user personas, and journey maps.
Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are responsive across devices.
Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
4 to 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or a related field.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Axure to create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and usability standards.
Skilled in interactive prototyping using tools like Framer, Principle, and ProtoPie to simulate complex user flows and microinteractions for stakeholder demos and usability testing.
Experienced with developer handoff tools such as Zeplin, Figma Inspect, and Storybook, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering teams and pixel-perfect implementation.
Strong foundation in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, enabling better design feasibility assessments and communication with developers.
Designed responsive experiences optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop, ensuring consistency and usability across various breakpoints and screen sizes.
Applied WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines to create inclusive experiences, performing regular audits and collaborating with devs to meet compliance standards.
Familiar with Git/GitHub workflows, supporting designers in cross-functional environments and contributing to version-controlled design systems.
Leveraged analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to inform design decisions with real user behavior data and conversion insights.
Conducted user research and usability testing using platforms like UserTesting.com, Maze, Optimal Workshop, and Lookback, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
