Hyde Housing is seeking a skilled Handyman to carry out repairs and maintenance across our residential properties. You’ll use your carpentry and plumbing expertise to provide a reliable first-time-fix service that keeps our customers satisfied.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering high-quality carpentry and plumbing repairs with some door hanging and tiling
Operating in occupied homes across the CR and BR postcode areas
Taking part in weekly toolbox talks every Monday (7:00 am start) at our Rochester depot
Maintaining excellent communication and service standards
What you’ll need:
Strong plumbing skills with basic carpentry (especially door hanging), or strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing (especially tiling)
Ability to consistently complete first-time fixes
Experience in domestic maintenance
Your own set of tools – we’ll provide the rest
