Care Assistant Days- Lyle House Care Home in Roehampton SW15, Part of the Country Court FamilyHours - Days, 33 and 44 Hours per week available, working weekends on rota (Hours 08:00-20:00)Recently renovated throughout, Lyle House Care Home in Roehampton offers specialist residential and dementia care across 4 floors of luxury facilities. Your responsibilities will include:Helping our residents with personal support and careAiding their emotional well-being and social needsSupporting residents at meals timeInteracting with our residents on a personal levelMaintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are metABOUT YOUOur fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents.
