Summary
This is an exceptional and unique team leadership opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist or physiotherapist with proven leadership skills.
At an exciting time within health and social care, the successful candidate will have the chance to further develop, influence, and lead change within our teams at Sherwood Forest Hospitals, impacting patient pathways and extending into the community.
This role calls for an experienced, compassionate clinician who can demonstrate senior-level competency, working with a diverse range of pathologies and presentations, and who has a passion for HCOP, sub-acute care, and rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of discharge to assess across mid Nottinghamshire and beyond, with well-established networks both internally and externally. They must also exhibit a strong commitment to person-centred care, patient safety, and inclusive leadership.
The team leader role encompasses Newark Hospital, Sconce Ward, and Castle Ward, overseeing a total of 50 inpatient beds, with some responsibilities extending to other areas of Newark Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care.
