Job Description:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team You will provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being in a safe, respectful, and homely environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents
Administer medication and manage care plans
Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes
Support and supervise care staff
Maintain accurate medical records
Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as an RGN
Previous experience in a care home is desirable
Good communication and teamwork skills
