The governors are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Headteacher to lead our small and highly successful school.
The person we are looking for will be:
• a hardworking and nurturing professional who is passionate about standards and has high expectations;
• a team player who is child-focussed and ready to lead by example;
• a leader who can build on the school’s current strengths and improve learning further across the school by delivering the school’s strategy;
• able to lead effectively and develop the committed and skilled staff
• capable of working constructively in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community to reach the school’s objectives.
