Employment Lawyer- Head of Department
A Legal 500 and Chambers listed Solicitors practice is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up their employment law team.
The employment law team at this firm has a first rate reputation for representing and advising employers and employees on a range of contentious and non contentious matters.
The firm will offer an attractive financial package which will be based on the individual. along with other benefits including 28 days annual leave + bank, the chance to buy and sell extra leave, private healthcare and other perks.

You will become a key member of the department right from day 1 and will become the go to lawyer within the firm for employment law work. As well a dealing with a caseload you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the department around you with the full support of the partners of the firm
Partnership prospects will either be made available straight from the off for partner level candidates looking to make a lateral move or alternatively progression to partnership over time will be genuinely available for ambitious senior associate or associate level lawyers.
