Summary
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Stitch & Print Finishing Operative to work for a Digital Printing business based in Leicester
This is a temp to perm position
The Job:
• You will be doing a variety of different tasks but this can include
• Using a Sewing Machine to stitch various printed materials
• Print Finishing duties which can be folding, gluing, packing, cutting and other tasks
• Shifts are Monday to Friday and mainly will be working 8am-4pm
• However there can be times when busy that shifts can also be 11am-7pm to get urgent orders completed
• You will be required to use computers to locate and print different jobs or find out information or updating when jobs are completed
• Excellent working conditions
• On-going training & support offered
About You:
• Previous experience in using stitching or sewing machines would be an advantage
• However training would be provided
• Previous print finishing experience would be a benefit too but again, training can be provided
• Able to use computers effectively
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Good level of English and communication skills
• Positive attitude
