**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a skilled **Welder Fabricator** to join our team in **Worcester** . The ideal candidate will have experience with **MIG and TIG welding** on **mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium** . This is a great opportunity for a motivated fabricator looking for long-term, stable employment in a supportive workshop environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform **MIG and TIG welding** to a high standard on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components
* Read and interpret **technical engineering drawings** and fabricate components accordingly
* Operate workshop tools and machinery including **press brakes, grinders, and cutting tools**
* Carry out **sheet metal fabrication** , tacking, fitting, and final assembly
* Conduct visual checks and measurements to ensure work meets required tolerances
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety procedures
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a **Welder Fabricator**
* Strong knowledge of **MIG and TIG welding techniques** across various metals
* Ability to **read and understand technical drawings**
* Competent in **metal preparation, cutting, bending, and finishing**
* A positive work ethic and strong attention to detail
* Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or time-served experience preferred
