Summary

Morgan Hunt have partnered with one of the leading welfare to work providers who are currently recruiting for a Centre Customer Service Advisor in Southampton. This particular role will be working on contract where the provider supports ex-offenders back into work. The primary functions of this this role will include providing great customer service to participants, office duties and supporting the advisors with any requirements. Candidates for this role must have a good knowledge of the prison and probation service as well as safeguarding. This is a full time, office based position paying a starting salary of £23,868. The client is willing to consider graduates which have a degree within Criminology or equivalent.




The Centre Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:



  • Greeting participants as they enter the centre
  • Coordinating referrals
  • Collating feedback from participants and sharing this with the advisors
  • Manging the centre compliance, health and safety and safeguarding according to company guidelines
  • Providing general administrative duties




The Centre Customer Service Advisor will need to have:



  • Knowledge of the UK prison and probation service
  • Safeguarding knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A degree within criminology or equivalent




In return the Centre Customer Service Advisor will receive:



  • An annual starting salary of £23,868 with salary reviews
