A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with Clarion Futures for an exceptional Programme Manager to join the team.

As a vital member of our London-based head office, you’ll spearhead a transformative national partnership that delivers tailored business consultancy support and core cost grants to Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises (VCSEs), making a real impact in social housing communities.

In this role, you’ll masterfully oversee projects, ensuring meticulous planning, implementation, delivery, and stakeholder management to achieve targets on time. You’ll also cultivate and nurture the relationship with a third-party learning partner, guiding interim and final evaluation reporting and dissemination.

Your skills in budget management will shine as you oversee multiple external funding streams and their requirements, engaging in detailed expenditure reporting and reconciliation.

Your natural ability to build and maintain trust will be pivotal, complemented by an organised and methodical approach to monitoring outputs against agreed targets. Your experience in stakeholder management, partnering to develop operating models, and achieving successful outcomes on schedule will set you apart. Additionally, your proficiency in managing project budgets and producing insightful reports will be invaluable.
