We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Service Manager to lead and oversee our nursing service, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a clinical service of a similar size and client group
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards
Provide strong leadership and support to nursing and care teams
Implement and monitor care plans in line with best practice
Ensure continued service improvement and staff development
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience managing a service of similar size and client group
Demonstrable experience overseeing a nursing service
Currently registered and compliant with CQC requirements
QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
Nurse qualified with an active NMC pin
