Everesfield Care Home, rated overall Good seeks to recruit to the following role:
Head of Residential Care Full-time – 39.75 hours per week
£16.66 plus excellent benefits including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support and heritage working environment.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Care
This is a key role within the home, ensuring that the highest quality, person-centred care is provided to our residents and the role reports to the General Manager
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, can work on their own initiative and positively lead and engage the team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride, enjoyment and responsibility in their work and who understands and is committed to the provision of exceptional care and quality of life
You may be coming from a similar quality care background in a leadership position, or you may even be, or have been, a Registered Nurse seeking a change in career but wishing to work in the private healthcare sector
