Summary
Our award-winning firm is looking for a fun, ambitious and talented Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team.
We are famous for delivering five-star service and are rated number one in Glasgow, Hamilton and Edinburgh on Review Solicitors.
Ideally, candidates should have at least 3 years PQE, though other levels will be considered.
We are a dynamic and forward thinking firm and are looking for someone to join us who can assist us in continuing to provide excellent client service and who shares our culture and values.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Powers of Attorney, estate planning and executries. There will be a particular focus on executry work and so a strong knowledge in this area is essential.
The ideal candidate should:-
Have varied experience in dealing with estates of all sizes and complexity;
Be comfortable with the preparation of IHT and Confirmation forms;
Be comfortable in attending to Legal Right claims and associated calculations;
Be proficient in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney;
Be self-motivated with drive and passion in delivering excellent service to clients;
Have excellent inter-personal skills;
Be able to work towards targets and KPI’s;
Be confident, friendly and with good attention to detail; and
Be a self-starter who has the ability to handle their own caseload.
