Summary
Early Years Advisors (EYAs) working as part of the Health Visiting team in Bridgend Flying Start. The EYA works with families within the Flying Start areas of Bridgend, supporting them both on a one to one and group basis, under the professional direction of the familys Health Visitor. EYAs support parents to develop parenting skills, form close attachments to their children and make healthy choices for their family.
