Rotating 12-hour shift Day shift/Night shift – Flexibility required.
We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Chippenham.
As a key member of our production team, you will:
- Operate machinery to ensure standard output and meet production targets.
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of site improvement plans.
- Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Be prepared to undertake training to enhance skills as needed.
- Support other operational departments as required.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in production.
- A positive team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable work ethic.
