Unity Schools Partnership seeks an exceptional leader to become Headteacher of Sybil Andrews Academy, a thriving secondary school in Bury St Edmunds. Following the promotion of the previous Executive Headteacher to a central Trust role, we're looking for a visionary leader who can build on our recent success – including a 'Good' Ofsted rating in 2023, positive Progress 8 scores, and being the Trust's most improved secondary school for key performance indicators.

Sybil Andrews Academy offers a broad, engaging curriculum delivered in state-of-the-art facilities on a university-style campus. The school has achieved top 20 status in the Eastern region for overall attendance and continues to see increasing first-choice preferences from families.
