We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing service quality across our Residential, Education, and Day Services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Ensuring Compliance – Support the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring all services meet legislative, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
Driving Continuous Improvement – Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement action plans to enhance service quality.
Engaging with Stakeholders – Work closely with service users, families, and external professionals to gather feedback and drive positive change.
Supporting Leadership – Assist service leads in governance processes, quality audits, and compliance systems to uphold best practices.
Training & Development – Help create and deliver training sessions that promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and empowerment.
Safeguarding & Wellbeing – Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are upheld, promoting a safe and supportive environment for service users.
What We’re Looking For:

Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking – A keen eye for detail, with the ability to review processes and identify areas for improvement.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders.
Proactive & Independent Worker – Capable of managing own time and delivering on agreed audit targets.
Experience in Social Care & Education – Understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices in health, social care, and education.
Commitment to Excellence – Passionate about maintaining and exceeding quality standards, ensuring services remain person-centered and effective.
