Summary
St Martin's School seeks to appoint a full time Learning Support Assistant to join our outstanding ALN department from 1st September 2025. Must have GCSE Grade B or above in Maths and English and ideally an A Level in English. You should be a dedicated and reliable LSA who is committed to bringing out the best in every student.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice whilst being actively committed to building upon the department’s strengths and successes.
They will have the ability to develop relationships with pupils whilst motivating students to reach their full potential.
We are an ambitious secondary school, situated on the outskirts of Caerphilly, we pride ourselves on excellent working relationships between staff and students. St. Martin’s is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of students and expects all staff to share in this responsibility; therefore the successful candidate will be required to undertake child protection screening, including enhanced DBS clearance, and full reference checks with previous employers.
