Summary
Façade Manager
Façade Manager opportunity on a new build commercial project in Wembley, London. This project is worth circa £70 million.
As the Façade Manager you will be joining this project at the pre-construction stage so that you can plan programme and sequence the work with your team. You will be expected to oversee the success and timely delivery of the unitised façade package, including the metals, glazing and insulation. Prior experience in a role similar is essential.
Candidates will need:
- Black CSCS card
- SMSTS Qualified
- Previous experience with similar projects
- First Aid
We are paying between £340-£375cis per day for the right candidate.
