Apprentice and Under 18: £15,704

18 - 20: £20,800

21 and over: £25,396.80

Role Overview:

As an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated maintenance teams. Through hands-on training, you'll develop skills in plumbing, carpentry, decorating, glazing, and grounds maintenance. Your primary focus will be supporting the teams in these essential tasks to uphold our properties' excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, decorating, glazing, and grounds maintenance.

Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure proper storage.

Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical insights.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required; we're seeking candidates with a genuine eagerness to learn and a strong interest in property maintenance. Reliability, motivation, and a cooperative spirit are essential.

To meet our commitment to providing safe, high-quality services to our customers we will complete a standard background check with the Disclosure and Barring service, once an offer of employment is made. As standard you will be added to the DBS updating service with a new check being carried out on a 3 yearly basis. The cost of a DBS will be paid for by the organisation.
