Are you an experienced driver who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service? Do you want to work for a company that values safety, professionalism, and teamwork? Manpower are looking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our National client's dynamic Distribution team!

About the Role

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering the correct goods to the right delivery points, using the most efficient routes. You will be the face of the company, ensuring every delivery is accurate, timely, and carried out with the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, drive, and unload vehicles safely in compliance with BASIS, statutory, and company regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely vehicle records and tachograph charts.
  • Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
  • Keep your vehicle clean and safe, reporting any defects promptly.
  • Deliver goods promptly and cost-effectively, following delivery advice notes and optimized routes.
  • Provide a courteous and professional image representing .the company.
  • Use company IT systems for route planning, safety, and delivery efficiency.
  • Assist with general depot duties as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driving licence with CPC and ADR qualifications.
  • BASIS Storekeeper and forklift truck licence.
  • Knowledge of agrochemicals and product storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with local routes and farming/agriculture (desirable).
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • IT literate and able to work within a self-managed team.
  • Environmentally aware and committed to safety and compliance.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with resilience and determination.
