We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Business Support Administrator to join our Autism Hampshire Community Services subsidiary based in our Hampshire office in Whitley.
Autism Hampshire has received a 5-year grant from the National Lottery Community Fund to continue developing our Serendipity Community Groups service. The Serendipity groups provide a safe space for autistic adults to meet across Hampshire, and we are excited for this next phase of development.
We are seeking an organised, focused and empathetic individual to join our Community Services. This role is part time covering 15 hours per week. Autism Hampshire has a hybrid working policy and this role has some home working and flexible hours available.
In this role you will be responsible for leading on the administration and organisational management of the Serendipity Community Groups Service as well as general administrative support for the Community Services teams. You will also be a key contributor to the effective running of the Serendipity service, manage the member registration process and provide data and analysis for reporting purposes.
Our ideal candidate looks like this!
• Experience of secretarial and office administration work – social care sector experience highly desirable
• Experience in collating and analysing data to support report writing
• Knowledge of IT systems, databases and MS Office
• Able to prioritise own workload and be self-motivated
• Good attention to detail, accurate record keeper, organisation
• Able to uphold confidentiality
• Understanding and sympathetic to the challenges faced by autistic people and/or people with learning disabilities and other neurodivergent conditions
