Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the English curriculum area, including staff supervision, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
Driving curriculum development by collaborating with internal teams and contributing to strategic planning and innovation.
Ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment through mentoring, peer observations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitoring learner progress and quality indicators, using college systems to track and enhance student achievement.
Supporting and developing staff through regular communication, performance reviews, and targeted professional development.
