Do you want to be part of a new team supporting services with their performance monitoring and influencing the priorities for our council? Would you like the opportunity to ensure we are data driven, improving performance and impact?
If you do, you will support the corporate review of operational performance and delivery against the council’s planned actions, helping to present the information so it is easy to understand, with trends against targets.
You will also contribute to the development of unit costs and benchmarking of performance with colleagues in the Performance and Insight team, enabling the council and its services to develop services, strategy and policy to deliver the outcomes of Huntingdonshire Futures (The place strategy for Huntingdonshire) and our Corporate Plan.
About the role

Develop and provide an enterprising service - adaptable and dynamic supporting services and major projects with performance and benchmarking data to ensure that the council continues to develop its data maturity - decisions and actions are driven or supported by data. You will also work with a range of colleagues across the council, so you will need good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a respectful team player, able to provide advice relating to data and analysis to inform decision-making at various levels, demonstrating and interpreting data.
Working closely with the Project Management Office and Transformation teams across the organisation, you will support the continuous improvement of services to meet the needs of our district.
