Now, we’re looking for a Part-Time Nights Team Member to join our growing team and help keep things running smoothly while the rest of the city snoozes.
The Role
You’ll be the friendly face and calm presence on duty through the night, ensuring our guests are safe, comfortable and well cared for – whether they’re checking in late, heading out early, or just in need of a midnight snack recommendation. Reporting into our Nights Manager Oliver (part-time philosopher, full-time night owl), you’ll help deliver seamless service and support across the hotel during the overnight shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing warm, professional service to guests throughout the night
Supporting with late check-ins, early departures, and everything in between
Assisting with overnight cleaning and preparing the hotel for the day ahead
Carrying out basic night audit tasks and reporting as required
Ensuring safety, security, and a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel
Working closely with the Nights Supervisor and wider team to keep standards high
What We’re Looking For
A natural people-person who’s comfortable working through the night
Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful (but not essential)
Calm, reliable and proactive – especially in quiet or unexpected moments
Detail-focused and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
Able to work shifts that include weekends and bank holidays
