With exclusive distribution rights, engineers install, commission and maintain the equipment to exceptionally high standards.
The Job
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the following field service tasks.
• Attend on-site service calls to customers across the UK
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Software upgrades
• Installation and commissioning of digital and finishing equipment on-site
• Train users on machine operation
• Conduct site surveys
About You
As an experienced field service engineer, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs and inverters
• Electrical qualifications
• Previous experience with print finishing equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexibility to travel the UK and stay away overnight where necessary
