• Ensuring that all required paperwork and certification are accurately completed and submitted in line with NICEIC and legislative standards.
• Advising on the best repair and maintenance solutions to support a cost-effective and high-quality service.
• Delivering excellent customer service to our tenants and collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
• Supporting Apprentices and Trainees as part of our commitment to learning and development.
• Taking part in an out-of-hours rota to respond to emergencies as needed.

About You

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing (CG2391-52 or equivalent).
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, appliance diagnostics, and property maintenance services.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations, Electrical Safety regulations, and maintenance requirements.
• Good IT and communication skills, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence (this is an essential requirement).
• Conversational Welsh skills (support and training available if needed).

What We Offer
• A rewarding role with a respected employer that genuinely values its people.
• A friendly and supportive working environment where learning and development are encouraged.
• Access to great benefits, including generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, wellbeing initiatives, and more.
• Opportunities to develop your Welsh language skills if required.
