Summary

This ensures staffs are adequately supported in acquiring the appropriate skills required to deliver high quality evidence-based care and support to children, young persons and their families. We also encourage and support external personal, professional development. NELFT is constantly looking at ways to improve and innovate our CYPMHS services and is committed to providing all staff with dedicated time to participate and/or lead in service development initiatives through the Trust Quality Improvement (Qi) framework.
