Job Overview:
As a Fire Protection Apprentice at Think Fire Defence, you will gain hands-on experience in fire protection and safety compliance. This
An apprenticeship is perfect for someone passionate about learning and growing in the fire safety industry. Throughout your apprenticeship, you
will work alongside experienced professionals while attending our training centre 3 days per month to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fire Protection &; Compliance: Assist in conducting surveys, performing remedial work, and maintaining fire safety systems in
line with BM Trada standards.
- Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and offering tailored fire protection
solutions.
- Training & Learning: Participate in scheduled training sessions to expand your understanding of fire protection systems,
industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced professionals, supporting daily operations and learning through practical,
hands-on tasks.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, make decisions, and provide solutions on-site.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and build positive working relationships.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive, “can-do” attitude and approach to work.
- Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is preferred.
