Summary
HGV Class 1 Driver
We now have a well-established client based in Shardlow looking for an immedate start HGV class 1 driver on an immediate temp to perm where you wil go permanent 13 weeks after starting. The client deal in supplying one of the largest supermarkets in the country.
The role
As a HGV class 1 driver you will be required to deliver all over the UK supplying Aldi supermarkets. This role will include one or two drops per shift and there is minimal handball involved with the role, however you will be required to unload the lorry with the use of a pump truck.
Hours
The start time for the position is 1000am and you will be working a shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off, 5 days on 3 days off. You will have 3 days training which starts on Wednesday morning at 0900am. Once your 3 days training is complete, your shift patterns will start and you will be given your rota and will be working between 8 and 12 hours each shift.
