Job Role: Production Kitchen Stock Operative
Hours: 4 on 2 off - 6:00-14:30 and 14:00-23:00
Location: Crawley/Gatwick
Pay: £12.21ph

Job expectations
1. To ensure all airline products are to specification.
2. To ensure and check all products are supplied to relevant departments in an organised manner packed into the appropriate equipment ready for use/dispatching to aircraft.
3. Pack carts/ Production trollies to the required standard and in accordance with passenger volumes.
4. Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels and organised as per production schedule.
5. Rotate stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life.
6. Record, report food wastage.
7. Record, report breakages i.e. china, glass.
8. Ensure production schedules are met.
9. Support other departments and teams when and where required to maintain production/dispatch schedule.
10. All products meet the required standard before leaving the unit.
11. Adhere to clean as you go standard.
12. Carry out final search and screening function.
13. Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
14. Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
15. Adhere to clean as you go standard.
16. Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
17. Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
18. Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Key Requirements from you as an individual
1) Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (Paid for by us!)
2) Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us!)
3) Be able to provide a full 5-year address history
4)Have an in date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
5) Be willing to attend a Aviation Security Training Course
