  • Working closely with warehouse and internal teams to match stock levels with real business needs.

  • Identifying and managing slow-moving or obsolete inventory before it becomes a problem.

  • Investigating and resolving any stock discrepancies — fast and effectively.

  • Forecasting demand and planning replenishments to keep operations seamless.

  • Producing insightful stock reports and analysis for senior leadership.

  • Partnering with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management.

  • Conducting risk assessments and championing loss prevention strategies.

  • Playing a key role in rolling out new stock management software.

  • Building and nurturing supplier relationships to secure the best deals.

  • Negotiating pricing and clearly communicating any changes internally.

  • Sourcing new products and suppliers in partnership with management.

  • Overseeing and improving quality control processes for inbound goods.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field.

    • A confident negotiator and relationship builder who thrives when collaborating.

    • Strong analytical skills, a laser-sharp eye for detail, and a love for problem-solving.

    • Solid understanding of supply chain management and warehouse operations.

    • Cool under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Hands-on experience with stock management systems and software implementation projects.

      What’s In It For You?

      • Cycle to work scheme

      • Employee discounts

      • Free on-site parking

      • Gym membership

      • A genuinely positive, supportive working environment where your voice is heard
