We’re looking for a Motor Claims Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers reporting vehicle accidents or losses. You'll gather essential details, provide empathetic assistance, and set the foundation for a smooth claims journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and digital FNOL submissions.
Accurately record accident information and customer details.
Prioritize claims based on severity and urgency.
Coordinate next steps with claims adjusters and service teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
What You Bring:
2+ year experience in motor insurance claims.
Excellent communication and data entry skills.
Calm, empathetic, and professional demeanor under pressure.
