Summary
Customer Service Adviser needed in Worthing, £13.36ph PAYE - Reference: 5266820
They will be taking calls regarding refuse collections, mainly relating to the upcoming changes in collections days about to be implemented after the next bank holiday but also, bulky waste collections, green bin subscriptions, missed collections etc.
They will be based in a busy contact centre and have the support of the Senior advisers (and Team leaders) for training and any assistance needed
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
