2 hours x 2 days per week between 11am-3pm. Any days apart from Fridays. Willing to be flexible.

I am a 19 year old young man on the Autistic Spectrum living with my family in Lancing.
I am a talented guitar player with my own Youtube channel who also has a keen interest in health and fitness. I would like to live abroad one day. Due to my social anxiety, I find leaving the house difficult so my exercise routine including weights and cardio is limited to within my home. Initially I will require support at home with planning/cooking healthy meals, managing finances, admin plus developing social and communication skills.
Once I have built up some confidence, I would like some support with activities outside the home including walks, going to the gym, managing public transport, food shopping, making/going to appointments and hopefully one day going to gigs. I also would like to go running in the future so someone who enjoys running would be useful.
Ideally looking for someone trustworthy, friendly, patient and reliable, with knowledge and awareness about neurodivergence either personally or through supporting others in a similar professional capacity.
Ability to recognise signs of anxiety essential.
Skills in managing money, self employment, admin, computer skills plus an interest in healthy food, exercise, social media and music would be helpful but some skills negotiable as priority is finding the right person.
We have two cats so you must be comfortable with pets.
Driver with own car desirable but not essential.

Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
